We are looking for someone with a strong accounting background and at least 15 years experience preparing financial statements, managing A/R and A/P, collections, bank reconciliations, and other bookkeeping duties.
Experience with QuickBooks Online and Excel required.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 15 years bookkeeping experience Expertise in preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements Strong A/R and collections background Experience with bank reconciliations and A/P Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel Ability to work independently and manage time effectively This is a part-time role for 24 hours per week with a flexible hybrid on-site/remote work arrangement.
Pay will be $30-$45 per hour commensurate with experience and qualifications.
