o Providing basic patient care and treatment o Recording and report patients' vitals o Communicating with residents' families o Supervising the unit o Collaborating with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications o Educating and updating patients regarding medical plans and treatments o Maintaining confidentiality of all resident & facility dataRequirements:
o Unencumbered active LPN license o 1
year LPN experience in a long term care environment o Must be able to speak, read, and write the English languageDetails:
