Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and proceduresCompletes Resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nurses and staffEstablishes a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and familiesProvides information to Residents and health care teamMaintains safe and clean working environmentMaintains Resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processingMaintains documentation of Resident care servicesMaintains nursing supplies inventoryMaintains a cooperative relationship among health care teamsREQUIREMENTS:
Must hold valid NYS RN LicenseMust have LTC experienceBasic computer skillsExcellent communication skillsSalary:
