Five years of fashion experience is a must! Responsibilities include:
Partner with teammates for R & D productions allocation.
Work directly with outside vendors to oversee product development pipeline.
Production planning and factory allocation.
Sourcing, trim vendors and factories.
Work directly with factories via email/telephone a daily basis.
General knowledge of garment construction.
Cost negotiating.
Problem solving skills, technical spec knowledge.
Attend all fittings and ensure all garments are communicated to vendors accurately.
Oversee all sample making and deliveries for photo shoots, trade shows, fit garments etc.
Job Requirements :
Minimum 5 years experience.
Some ERP systems experience preferred.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to multitask and attention to detail.
Ability to manage and network factories.
Ability to work to long hours if needed.
Able to easily commute to Pelham NY for fulltime work.
